Royals Hall of Fame
Stephan LeBlanc is the second men’s lacrosse player to get inducted into the Queens Athletics Hall of Fame. The attacker from Restoule, Ontario, Canada totaled 145 points in his four-year career after totaling 98 goals and 47 assists.
Following his senior season, LeBlanc became the first Queens lacrosse player to play professionally after he was selected in the first round of the NLL Draft. His selection followed a senior season where he totaled 54 goals and 22 assists for 76 points. At the close of the season, he was named Conference Carolinas Player of the Year while also making appearances on the all-conference first team and the conference all-tournament team. In addition, LeBlanc was named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association’s (USILA) All-American Second Team and finished the season ranked first in the NCAA in points per game (5.43).
LeBlanc currently ranks first in single season points (76), points per game (5.43), goals (54), and goals per game (3.86). He also holds the single game record at Queens in points (9), goals (7), and man-up goals (3).
LeBlanc earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens in corporate communications in 2009. In 2010, he earned NLL Rookie of the Year honors after totaling 82 points in his first season. He now plays for the New England Black Wolves.
Currently, Leblanc works for Ford Motor Company as a regional manager and still competes in the NLL for the New England Black Wolves. He and his wife, Jaclyn (Letizia) ’09, have two children, Abigail and Chase
