Royals Hall of Fame
Felix Duchampt is the third men’s track & field and cross-country athlete to be inducted into the Queens Athletics Hall of Fame. The multi-sport athlete excelled in distance events for the Royals winning three Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships to earn the league Runner of the Year three times along with all-conference accolades. In 2013, the four-time cross country all-region honoree finished 24th at the NCAA Championships to earn USTFCCCA All-American honors.
Duchampt was equally impressive on the track as well earning USTFCCCA Southeast Region Athlete of the Year honors twice while earning all-region honors three times. In 2014, he earned a 16th-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
Since graduation, Duchampt has been competing as a triathlete. He qualified for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games representing Romania, and he is currently training for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
