Royals Hall of Fame
Kristin Coke is the fifth women’s basketball player to be inducted into the Queens Athletics Hall of Fame. In four years of play, the post player competed in 93 games totaling 852 points and 498 rebounds. In her freshman season, the California native was part of the first group of Queens programs eligible for NCAA Championships and she led the Royals into the CVAC, their original conference home at the Division II level, in her senior season. The Royals compiled a record of 54-54 with Coke on the roster, seeing their best season during her junior year when they went 17-10. Coke averaged 13.8 points and 7.9 rebounds that season. She also recorded a career-high 21 points twice and a career-high 11 rebounds once during the year.
Coke graduated cum laude from Queens with a degree in psychology.
