Koko, a native of Pakistan, is the all-time Queens leader in singles (83-14) and double matches (63-35). He was a standout performer all four years being named first team all-conference four times for the Carolinas-Virginias Athletic Conference. He was voted player of the week as a senior. Koko was ranked sixth nationally in singles in 1997 and seventh nationally in doubles in fall of 1999. Throughout his career he was consistently ranked among the best regionally and nationally.
An outstanding student, Koko was an academic all-region selection in 1999. Koko won the Rolex Regional tournament in singles in ’98 and doubles in ’99 and was invited both years to play in the prestigious Rolex national small college championships. The former Queens men’s tennis coach and local Charlotte tennis pro, Koko is the assistant pro at Holly Tree Racquet Club while running his own business providing social media and mobile marketing service to local businesses.
Married to Jessica Mansfield, they reside in Wilmington, N.C.
