JACKSONVILLE, Fla. –Queens University of Charlotte's
Noah McGovern earned this week's Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week honor, announced Monday by the league office.
Queens' freshman goalkeeper tallied 11 saves in the Royals' 21-7 win against Hampton. He currently sits second in the league in save percentage at .563.
This is McGovern's first time earning ASUN Player of the Week recognition. It is the third time this season that a Royal has earned the honor.
