LYNCHBURG, VA--- The Queens University of Charlotte track and field team finished the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational off with multiple finishes in the top 10 and new school marks Saturday.
Notable Saturday Marks
• In the women's high jump,
Sara Sandric finished eighth with a best jump of 5'2".
Marissa Klamorick also finished 10th in the same event with a best jump of 5'0".
• In the men's 4000 distance medley relay finals, the Royals got the sixth-place finish with a time of 10:48.54.
•
Kalil Dennison got the fourth fastest time in school history in the 200m dash as he finished with a time of 22.59.
Tate Kwaiser also got the ninth best mark in school history in the same event as he finished with a time of 22.98.

Emilija Kusic got her name in the school record books as she got the 10th fastest time in the 200m with a time of 26.36.

Jaroslav Sivuha got in the school record books twice Saturday as he got the fifth best jump in the pole vault and eighth in the high jump. In the pole vault, Sivuha got the sixth place finish with a best jump of 14' 3 ¼". Sivuha then placed 16th in the high jump with a best jump of 6'1.
• In the men's mile, Moritz Klessiek got the fourth best time in school history as he finished seventh with a time of 4:06.86.
• The Queens Men's 4x400 got the 10th best finish in school history as
Tate Kwaiser,
Nicholas Potter,
Trey Leggins and
Aiden Vanderbilt finished with a time of 3:24.54.
• Royals also got another school mark today as the women's 4x400 team got the fifth fastest time.
Emilija Kusic,
Evie Wild, Celia Speiss and
Heloise Louiset finished with a time of 4:05.33.

Queens will be back in Winston Salem, North Carolina on Saturday, February 17th as the Royals will compete in the JDL Last Chance Invitational.
