VertKlasse Meeting
HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte men's and women's track and field teams wrapped up competition at the VertKlasse Meeting with multiple personal bests recorded at the meet.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Maya Southerland raced in the women's 400-meter run, taking fourth place in 56.57 seconds, a personal record.
- Jada Brown finished seventh in the triple jump with a mark of 11.76 meters.
- Vesna Kljajevic earned eighth place in the shot put with a throw of 13.91 meters.
- Isaac Battle turned in two personal record performances, taking 27th in the 200-meter run in 22.02 seconds. and 17th in the 400-meter run in 49.57 seconds.
- Josiah Ford finished fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 14.51 meters.
- Jakob Nützel threw a distance of 56.82 meters in the discus for third place.

Queens will compete at the Duke Invitational on April 10-11.
