CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Queens University of Charlotte women's volleyball squad takes on their last road trip of the regular season to Jacksonville, Fla. to face the the Dolphins and the Ospreys in a Friday/Saturday showdown on Nov. 8-9.

LAST TIME OUT
- The Royals went 1-1 last weekend while in the Queen City, taking down Stetson in a dominating three sets before taking the first set from the reigning ASUN Champions in Florida Gulf Coast on Sunday.
- Currently, the Royals are ranked in eighth place in the ASUN. The top eight teams will head to the ASUN Championship, so the Royals are looking to stay above the threshold in the final two weeks of the regular season.
- Among the ASUN leaderboards, Kendall Buish sits ranked fourth in the ASUN in assists per set (9.24) while Tilley Collins is ranked seventh in the league in digs per set (3.84).
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
Jacksonville:
- The Dolphins are a high-offense squad - Jacksonville's attack is led by Breanna McDonough with 319 kills (3.99 per set, fourth in the ASUN). The team averages 12.9 kills per set, which ranks fourth in the ASUN.
- Defensively, the Dolphins average 14.7 digs per set, with Kristina Nika (3.18 digs per set) anchoring the backline.
- Head Coach Alicia Roth's squad at the net averages 1.87 blocks per set. Amina Dervisevic and Madison Clark have put up 52 and 41 blocks, respectively.
North Florida:
- North Florida has recorded 1,270 kills this season, averaging 11.4 kills per set. However, their hitting percentage is .159, showing room for improvement in attack efficiency and can be a place for Queens to take advantage.
- With an average of 13.1 digs per set, North Florida showcases a solid backcourt defense. Maymie Guthrie has been instrumental in this area, leading the team with 304 digs.
- North Florida's six league wins have come from Queens, Stetson, West Georgia, Austin Peay, Bellarmine, and most recently North Alabama.
- Amy Burkhardt will be the offensive weapon for the Ospreys - the senior ranks sixth in the ASUN in kills per set (3.5)
