From Coach Krolick
"Overall, I'm really excited about our improvements in the throws and sprints. Having a lot of personal bests in December and some top 10 names are more than we can ask for. This was a great experience for many of our freshmen and for us as coaches to learn what we can work on between now and January. Really excited to get the full squad going in seven weeks."

What's Next
The Royals will not have another meet until January when they travel to Lynchburg, Virginia for the Brant Tolsma Invitational hosted by Liberty University on January 18-20.
