CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Queens University of Charlotte women's volleyball team heads back home to the Levine Center to face the North Florida Ospreys and the Jacksonville Dolphins on October 27 and October 28 for 6:00 PM first-serves.

LAST TIME OUT...KEY STATS & NOTES
- The Royals weren't able to escape the Lipscomb Bisons in Saturday night ASUN action, falling in three sets (21-25, 16-25, 23-25). The Royals battled tough against the 9-1 ASUN standouts, holding their squad to under .200 in hitting percentage.
- Wood and McDuffie led Queens with eight kills apiece. Sargent followed right behind with six kills on the night.
- Wood, Law, and McDuffie all threw in a trio of blocks each to the stats, while Kendall Buish added in 27 assists. Collins put in 16 digs as the starting libero.
- Going into the weekend, Kendall Buish sits in 6th in the conference in assists with 8.12 per set, while Jesse George sits in 7th with an average of 4.11 digs per set.
- As of Oct. 26, Jesse George is only six digs away from 1,000 career digs. If George collects six or more, she will join Buish in the 1,000 club on the year for the Royals in any career statistical category.
SCOUTING NORTH FLORIDA
- North Florida sits in fifth place in the conference with an even 5-5 record against ASUN opponents.
- The Ospreys most recently took a win against the Sugar Bears in a 3-1 decision. Laci Bohannan snagged 17 kills and 16 digs to lead the squad while Caylan Koons aided in 46 assists.
- In the ASUN standings, the team sits in 4th in assists per set (11.67) and 4th in kills per set (12.64)
- Individually, Kailey McKnight sits in 4th in kills per set (3.26), 5th in points per set (3.81), and 9th in service aces per set (0.36).
SCOUTING JACKSONVILLE
- Jacksonville comes to the Queen City after a recent 3-1 loss to North Alabama. Anna Erikson snagged a season-high 21 kills against the Lions and 11 digs on the night (her second double-double in 2023)
_ The Dolphins will face Kennesaw State on Friday, Oct. 27 before Queens on Saturday. This will be the second time the Dolphins face the Owls this season with the Dolphins snagging a hard-fought 3-2 win on Oct. 7.
- Rebecca Rocassin remains a player to watch from the Dolphins squad. The veteran sits in 4th in assists in the ASUN and second in total service aces. Also among the ASUN leaderboards is Alija Heins who sits in 6th in hitting percentage (.320).
