Queens to Host Second Annual Sports Performance Clinic

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte Sports Performance department has set the date for its second annual Sports Performance Clinic. The overall goal of the clinic is to provide academically based research and presentations while creating an understanding of how they can be interpreted and applied by strength coaches, personal trainers, and others within the health, fitness, and athletic performance industries.
 
Registration for the Saturday, May 11 clinic is now open and can be found here. The event will take place at the Queens Sports Complex from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 7 a.m. General admission is $45 per person and will increase to $65 on March 16.
 
Topics included at this year's clinic are below:
 
TRAINING: "Practical Sessions of Weight Lifting Derivatives and COD/Agility"
