Strength and Conditioning Program Disclaimer


The purpose of this website is to provide Queens University of Charlotte’s student-athletes with strength training exercises to maintain and/or prepare for the upcoming sports season. It s not intended to prevent or cure any physical ailment or disease. All exercises/routines are performed at the participants on risk!

You are responsible for being cleared by your physician prior to beginning any exercise regimen. Returning athletes if you were under athletic participation restrictions due to injury you should contact your direct team athletic trainer before starting this program. You are also responsible for having a spotter on all lifts. Should you develop symptoms of dizziness or nausea you are responsible for ending your workout immediately. Queens University of Charlotte and the Department of Athletics assumes no responsibility for any injury incurred while performing the movements or programs contained in this website.
