Strength and Conditioning Program Disclaimer
The purpose of this website is to provide Queens University of Charlotte’s student-athletes with strength training exercises to maintain and/or prepare for the upcoming sports season. It s not intended to prevent or cure any physical ailment or disease. All exercises/routines are performed at the participants on risk!
You are responsible for being cleared by your physician prior to beginning any exercise regimen. For returning athletes, if you were under athletic participation restrictions due to injury, you should contact your direct team athletic trainer before starting any programs on your own. You are also responsible for having a spotter on all lifts. Should you develop adverse symptoms, including but not limited to dizziness or nausea, you are responsible for ending your workout immediately.
