HIGH POINT, N.C.—Queen's University of Charlotte's Corey Geroy (Horseheads, N.Y., Horseheads) has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week during week number nine of the 2012 season.

The Royals were able to end their season on a three-game win streak after picking up two wins this past week with the help of senior attacker Corey Geroy. Geroy recorded a hat trick and one assist in Queens' victory over Coker before putting five in the net against Belmont Abbey on Senior Day for a 13-3 win. He is currently fifth in goals and points in Conference Carolinas.

The Royals are 8-5 overall on the season and 3-2 in conference play.
