Queens Swimming & Diving Places 12 on Academic All-ASUN Team Following Championship Season

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — The Atlantic Sun Conference announced its 2025-26 Swimming & Diving Academic All-ASUN Team on Tuesday morning, with 12 Queens swimming & diving student-athletes earning recognition for their work in the classroom and in the pool.

Annika Huber, Sabina Kupcova, Libby Livesay, Daryna Maznytska, Maren Patterson, and Chloe Williams represented the Royals on the women's side, while Ryder Androsky, Juan Gonzalez, Cade Hickson, Matt Shanahan, TJ Spokas, and Jack VanValkenburg were selected from the men's team.

The Academic All-ASUN Team honors student-athletes who maintain a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher while competing in at least half of their team's meets. The 12 selections mark the most Academic All-ASUN honorees in program history for Queens.

The recognition follows a standout championship stretch for the Royals. The Queens men's team claimed a share of the ASUN Championship title, finishing as co-champions with 782.5 points to secure the program's second-consecutive conference crown. On the women's side, the Royals delivered a strong four-day showing to place third overall with 1,217.5 points.

Queens carried that momentum into the CSCAA National Invitational Championships, where the men produced a dominant performance to capture the team title with 818.5 points behind seven individual event victories. The Royals capped the meet with multiple podium finishes, while the women turned in an impressive showing of their own, placing fifth overall with 432 points.
