- The Royals frontcourt sets the tone, as Queens averages 38.3 rebounds per game, led by one of the league's top interior units. Despite facing a strong nonconference slate, Queens has remained competitive on the glass throughout the season.
- Sophomore forward Brenae Jones-Grant is the focal point inside, leading the team at 12.6 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. She leads the ASUN in field goal percentage at 55.6 percent and continues to be one of the league's most efficient interior scorers while anchoring the paint defensively.
- Ana Barreto and Jermany Mapp form a veteran backcourt, combining for over 20 points per game.
