CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte women's tennis team has been recognized for its excellence in the classroom, earning All-Academic Team honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for the 2024–25 academic year. The Royals posted a 3.38 cumulative team GPA, meeting the ITA's standard for academic distinction.
In addition to the team accolade, rising sophomore
Zoe Cvitanovic and rising junior
Audrey Serb were named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
This year, 1462 Division I women student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 222 women's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
To qualify for ITA All-Academic Team status, programs must maintain a team grade-point average of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale for the academic year. For Scholar-Athlete recognition, individuals must be varsity letter winners, have a GPA of at least 3.5 for the current academic year, and be enrolled at their present institution for at least two semesters.
