KNOXVILLE, TENN. — The Queens University of Charlotte swimming and diving teams delivered standout performances on the third day of the 2025 ASUN Swimming & Diving Championships on Friday evening, securing multiple podium finishes and setting the stage for their final day on Saturday, Feb. 22.
The men's team sits in second place with 684.5 points, narrowly trailing Florida Atlantic (699). The women's team remains in third place with 482 points, behind Liberty (635) and Florida Gulf Coast (510).

MEN'S TEAM HIGHLIGHTS
- The Royals dominated the 100 back event, sweeping the podium. Caden Fritz led the way, touching the wall first in 47.17. Andreas Marz finished close behind in second (47.43), while Eli Brinkman rounded out the top three (47.76).
- Noah Beladi secured a bronze medal in the 100 breast with a time of 53.72.
- Queens showcased its depth in the 200 fly, taking two of the top three spots. Nikola Karaivanov earned silver with a time of 1:46.75, followed by Keegan McKenney in third (1:46.91).

"Tonight went really well in the individual events," Dugdale said. "Unfortunately, we had a DQ in the men's relay. However, tomorrow is our strongest day of the meet and we have been working hard to set it up that way. We look forward to racing and controlling what we can control."
