KNOXVILLE, TENN. — The Queens University of Charlotte men's & women's swimming teams finished off the ASUN Conference Championships with a second place finish for both the men and women, marking the highest ASUN finish for a Queens University of Charlotte athletic team to date.
This marks the first year ASUN has sponsored swimming & diving, but all CCSA records were carried over once the CCSA eliminated swimming and diving as a sport in 2022-23.

For the Royals, the women finished off the week with a final score of 792, while the men tallied a final point total of 699.
The Royals finished the final day of the ASUN Conference Championships with nine podium finishes, including a Co-Freshman of the Meet Award honored to Abigail Zboran and Swimmer of the Meet Award honored to Danielle Melilli.

"Very proud of how our team competed throughout the course of 4 days against very formidable teams in our first ASUN championship," Senior Associate Head Coach Jon Lau said. "It was a true team effort from every training group and class."
"We had an amazing experience competing for the first time in the ASUN conference," Associate Athletic Director of Creative Services & Director of Swimming Jeff Dugdale said. "Our swimmers are proud to, once again, lead our University and athletic department in the highest finish to date in our new conference. To walk away with Danielle [Melilli] being named Swimmer of the Meet and Abby [Zboran] Freshman of the Meet was an incredible feat with the talent that swam."
