THE SHORT STORY: The Queens University of Charlotte women's tennis fell in their first ASUN match against FGCU 6-1 on Thursday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Eagles took the doubles point after winning No. 2 and No. 3 doubles which left No. 1 doubles unfinished.
-Jessica Maras picked up her first singles win at Line 3. Maras won the first in convincing fashion with a 6-0 mark and took the second set 6-4. 

NEXT UP
The Royals are back in action as they travel to face the University of North Carolina Greensboro on Saturday, February 24th. The match is set to begin at 12:00 pm.
