THE SHORT STORY: Katsiaryna Tuliakova picked up a top line singles victory as the Royals dropped their first match of the 2024 season to Presbyterian College. 

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Blue Hose took the doubles point sweeping all three lines to start off the match. 
-Katsiaryna Tuliakova started the season out strong with a 6-3, 6-2 win in No. 1 singles today. 
-Presbyterian proceeded to grab the remaining five lines to push them to the 6-1 finish on opening day

NEXT UP
Queens will return to the courts tomorrow against UNC Charlotte at Lifetime Fitness. The match will begin at 1:00 pm.
