Queens Finishes Virginia Challenge with Multiple Personal Bests

CHARLOTTE, NC – The Queens University of Charlotte outdoor track and field teams made some big marks Saturday to close out the Virginia Challenge. The Royals finished the event with new personal bests.

WHAT HAPPENED
  • David Fort ran a personal best 1:53.74 time in the Men 800m final. 
  • Zak Freeland also ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:55.88. Freeland also ran a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 3:52.74.
  • Evie Wild ran a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:14.80. 

UP NEXT
The Royals will finish the regular season next week  as the travel to UNC Charlotte on Saturday April 29th and Sunday April 30th.
