FROM COACH KROLICK
"This was a good step forward for a young group of distance runners on our men's side. We saw a lot of 1500m PRs and those who did not were coming off some setbacks during the indoor season and showed they are quickly returning to their expected form. Specifically, Zak Freeland and David Fort. Excited to see what Sam Balboa and Ethan Davis do next week at Lee in the 5k after their efforts this week. On the ladies' side, we saw some big results and PRs for Emilija Kusic in the Javelin and 100h. She is primed for a strong Heptathlon at David Noble Relays next week with Mel Welsing and Cerys Lee. Lucy Walliker returned to competition for the first time since early February and we are glad to see her healthy. Lastly, we saw some confidence-building runs from Evie Wild and Kathi Krosta that show they are both on track to run at their very best soon. Overall, we took a step forward as a program as we head into April."
