FROM COACH KROLICK
"Really pumped about some of our middle-distance efforts today. A lot of our efforts today were a final tune-up for our big meet of the Indoor season next week at the Darius Dixon Invitational at Liberty. Mitch Cox ran a hard 1K which will set him up well for a fast mile next week. The same can be said for
Evie Wild,
Sarah Watts, and Tom Heal. All will be going up to a slightly longer distance next week so hopefully running something shorter and faster this week primes them for what we are shooting for at Liberty next week. Austin Cline moved up to #7 all-time in shot put."
UP NEXT
The Royals will return to Lynchburg, VA for the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational on February 10
th at 1:30 PM.
