FROM COACH KROLICK
"Been looking forward to this meet for a few reasons," said director of cross country and track & field Jake Krolick. "One, to get a real feel for what it's like to compete at ASUN Track & Field Championships. Also, understanding the level of competition at the conference helps us know what level we need to be at. Melanie Welsing is already at that level. An outstanding weekend for her with two school records and 18 team points. I saw some great competitive efforts and we can build off those as we move to the spring. We look to improve on both team finishes as we head to the outdoor season and continue the individual development of all our athletes along the way."

UP NEXT
