THE SHORT STORY: The Queens University of Charlotte women's tennis team dropped a midweek matinee at Gardner-Webb on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Royals dropped the doubles point as the Runnin' Bulldogs won on No. 1 and No. 3. Katsiaryna Tuliakova and Hanna Axelsson picked up their second victory at No. 2 with a 7-5 victory.
-Gardner-Webb carried that momentum into singles play with five singles victories.
-Katsiaryna Tuliakova won her second straight match, and improved to 2-0 at the top court with a 7-6, 6-2 victory.

NEXT UP
The Royals will head to North Carolina Central on Friday, February 22^nd for a 2:00 p.m. match.
