QUOTE FROM COACH KROLICK
"Today was a good evaluator for us on the track to gauge where we are coming back from winter break. Saw some good things and saw some others that need to be improved. Definitely have to make some bug improvements over the next month. Confident that this group will rise to meet the high expectations of our program. Sarah Watts and Christina Palmer lead the way for the ladies with some big PRs in the 3k & Weight Throw respectively. Both are seeing their hard work pay off. Austin Cline had a top 10 all-time mark in the shot put. Excited about the future of this freshman."

UP NEXT
The Royals will head back to Columbia, S.C. on Saturday to compete in the final events of the Carolina Challenge.
