GAFFNEY, S.C. – The 18
th-ranked Queens University of Charlotte women's team won its fifth straight match and second in a row via shutout with a 7-0 victory over Limestone University on Tuesday afternoon.
The Royals won the doubles point by collecting identical 6-1 triumphs at Nos. 2 and 3 by

Kate Halickman, respectively. The all-american duo of
Yana Fleyer/
Sasha Davidzenka finished off the opening session with a 6-3 win to remain perfect in conference play.
Singles play began with a 6-0, 6-1 win by Veselinova in the second flight before Forbes put her team ahead by three points with a 6-1, 6-1 win at No. 5.
Fleyer added to her unblemished season record with a 6-1, 6-3 victory in the top flight to seal the win for Queens. Davidzenaka and Klaassen each won their singles matches in straight sets, while Halickman finished off the sweep with an 8-0 win.
Queens remains on the road for the next match, a Top 25 contest against No. 16 University of North Georgia on Saturday, March 27 in Dahlonega, Ga. at Noon.
