WINGATE, N.C. – For the first time this season, the 20
th-ranked Queens University of Charlotte women's tennis team suffered a South Atlantic Conference loss after falling to No. 12 Wingate University 5-2 on the road.

Viktorija Veselinova secured the point with a 6-2 victory of their own in the second doubles flight.
In singles play, the Bulldogs won five-of-six flights to tally a come-from-behind win on their home court. Queens' only point in singles competition came via a 6-1, 4-6, 6-2 win at No. 1 by Fleyer.
Queens is back in action this Sunday when the team hosts Anderson University at 12:00 p.m. from the Howard Levine Tennis Center.
