KANSAS CITY (March 19, 2018).  – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced today the 2018 NABC Coaches' Division II All-America team. Selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC in Division II, these student-athletes represent the finest basketball players across America. 
 
Queens University of Charlotte's Todd Withers was named to the team and is the first Royal to earn all-American honors since 2004. The senior was named to the team after recently earning southeast all-district team honors.
 
Withers' postseason awards now include being named to the South Atlantic Conference All-Conference First and All-Tournament Teams, the D2CCA All-Region Second Team, the NCAA DII Southeast Regional All-Tournament Team, the NABC Southeast All-District Team, and the NABC Division II All-American Team. Additionally, he was named to the Bevo Francis Award Top 100 Watch List, advancing to the Top 50 Watch List.
 
Queens is currently still competing after advancing to the Elite Eight last week. The Royals will play California Baptist University on Tuesday, Mar. 20 at 7 p.m. in Sioux Falls, S.D.
