Game one

The Bears were able to strike back with two runs in the top of the second and took a 2-1 lead. From there it was a pitcher's duel with both flamethrowers rolling through their opponents, and no more runs being scored.

Senior Ashley Rollins went all seven innings in the circle giving up only two runs, five hits, and striking out seven.

Game two

It game two the score remained knotted at zero until Landrath from Lenoir-Rhyne stepped to the plate and blasted a two run homer over the right field fence.
