The strength and conditioning department is here to assist your needs as an athlete, and keep you healthy and competing. We have an amazing facility at our Queens Sports Complex for training; and design programs to foster the abilities you have already and make them become your assets on the field, court, course and/or pool. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns as we are all Royals!
