LEXINGTON, KY. — The Queens University of Charlotte women's volleyball team has earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for the 10th time in program history and ninth consecutive season, while also receiving AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll recognition for the 2025-26 academic year.

The AVCA Team Academic Award recognizes collegiate and high school volleyball programs that maintain a year-long grade-point average of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale. Queens was among 1,432 programs nationwide recognized for their academic achievement.

The Royals' AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll distinction recognizes programs that rank within the top 20 percent of grade-point averages nationally within their respective divisions.

"This award is a reflection of the commitment our student-athletes make every day to being successful in the classroom and on the court," said Queens head women's volleyball coach Scott Stolz. "Their dedication to academics is a major part of the culture we continue to build within our program."

With the recognition, Queens women's volleyball has now earned the AVCA Team Academic Award in each of the last nine seasons. The Royals' continued success in the classroom highlights the academic focus that has remained a consistent part of the program.
