CHARLOTTE, N.C.– Queens University of Charlotte's Sara Sandric of the women's track and field team along with
Josiah Ford and
Danny Raymond have claimed Atlantic Sun Conference (ASUN) Outdoor Track and Field Performer of the Week honors, the league office announced today.
Sandric recorded a mark of 1.66 meters for third place in the high jump at the Charlotte Invitational.
Ford is earning Field Performer of the Week honors for the second straight week after breaking his own triple jump record. The sophomore took second place with a mark of 14.82 meters.
Raymond secured the recognition after setting a new 1500-meter school record over the weekend. The runner clocked a time of 3:43.35 for fifth place in the event.
NEXT UP
Queens will compete in the Duke Twilight on May 3 before heading to ASUN Championships on May 14-16.
