RESULTS
DURHAM, N.C. – Members of the Queens University of Charlotte men's and women's track and field programs are competing at the Duke Invitational this weekend in Durham.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Jakob Nützel earned second place in the discus after throwing 54.27 meters.
- In the high jump, Sara Sandric finished fourth with a mark of 1.68 meters.
- Halle Perry finished 20th in the high jump, recording a season-best mark of 1.58 meters.
- On the track, Weronika Ptaszynska finished 33rd in the 5000-meter run with a personal best time of 17:23. Laura Marioni and Beatty Grace Hite followed in 55th and 58th place, respectively
- In the men's 5000-meter run, Jacob Sarto crossed the finish line in 14:21.75 for 25th place.
- Simone Mouras ran in the women's 1500-meter run, recording a time of 4:34.70.
- Noah Boeck raced in the men's 1500-meter run, clocking in at 3:48.97.
