RESULTS
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The 2026 Atlantic Sun Conference Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships wrapped today with Queens University of Charlotte's men and women finishing seventh. The women earned a total of 39 points while the men earned 37 points.
Central Arkansas won both the men's and women's ASUN Indoor Track & Field Championships.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Oliver Cooper took first place in the men's 800-meter run to highlight day two for the Royals. He clocked a time of 1:50.49, turning in his best performance in his career for the event. The time also ranks third on Queens' all-time list.
- Isaac Battle earned three points in the 400-meter run, taking sixth place.
- Josia Ford took seventh in the high jump to earn the Royals two points. His mark was a personal best of 1.91 meters. He also earned five points in the triple jump with a mark of 14.21-meters.
- The men's 4x400 relay team earned four points with a fifth-place finish. They turned in the second-fastest time in school history in the event.
- In the women's high jump, the Royals saw Sara Sandric earn silver and Marissa Klamorick earn bronze. Both recorded a jump of 1.62 meters. Halle Perry finished sixth for 2.5 points in the event, and Charlise Carlson earned half a point in eighth place.
- Vesna Kljajevic earned silver in the shot put with a throw of 14.19 meters.
- Jada Brown earned eighth in the triple jump to secure one point for Queens.
- Rowan Shannon earned two points for the Royals, taking seventh in the 800-meter run.
NEXT UP
Queens will open its outdoor track and field season on March 19 at the Charlotte 49er Classic.
