"We are excited to unveil our upcoming 2026 spring season schedule," Queens head men's lacrosse coach Nik Colpitts commented. "With a mixture of new and familiar opponents, there is an incredible amount of excitement from our players, staff, and fans for this upcoming spring."
The Royals will begin their 2026 campaign on the road at Mount St. Mary's on January 31. It will be the second straight season that Queens will face The Mount in their season opener. They will then face Le Moyne in a neutral-site game in Baltimore, Md., on February 7 before returning to Charlotte for their home opener against Vermont on February 13.
The game against the Catamounts at Dickson Field will be the first of three consecutive home games for the Royals, who are scheduled to host Mercyhurst and VMI on February 22 and 28, respectively.
During spring break, the Royals will travel to New York to take on LIU and UMass Lowell. Queens will then wrap up play against nonconference opponents at home against Hampton on March 21.
The Royals will kick off Atlantic Sun Conference on March 28 at Mercer. With the league comprising of six teams, the remaining four games will be played every Saturday in April. Queens will face Jacksonville and Utah on the road on April 4 and 18, while hosting Air Force and Bellarmine on April 11 and 25.
"This year's ASUN Conference is as competitive and challenging as ever," Colpitts added. "Each program is unique in their own way and ensures that we will have to be playing our best lacrosse at the end of the season in order to qualify for the ASUN Conference Championship."
The 2026 ASUN Men's Lacrosse Championship is scheduled to take place in Jacksonville, Fla., from May 1-3. The Royals will be looking forward to making their first appearance since joining the league.
Colpitts closed saying, "This year's team is excited about the challenges ahead, and we can't wait to see the Royal faithful at a game this spring!"
