RESULTS
CLEMSON, S.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte men's and women's track and field teams were back in action today competing in the Clemson Orange & Purple Invite.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Petar Canak took sixth place in the long jump after recording a 6.97-meter jump.
- In the triple jump, Josiah Ford took 10th place with a mark of 14.02 meters.
- For the women, Sara Sandric took seventh place in the high jump with a mark of 1.61 meters.
- Queens throwers saw some action today as Vesna Kljajevic took seventh place with a throw of 13.39 meters. Jacob Nutzel's 13.67-meter throw was 12th best.
- On the track, Weronika Ptaszynska took 12th place in the 3,000-meter run.
- Maya Southerland turned in a personal best in the 400-meter run, clocking in at 58.03 seconds. She sits second all-time at Queens.
- Maurice Richardson clocked personal records in the 60 and 200-meter runs.
- Isaac Battles saw a personal record in the 400-meter run, while David Brown clocked a personal best in the 200-meter run.
MEET NOTES
- The Orange & Purple Invite was modified to one day due to Winter Storm Fern.

The Royals will return to action on Feb. 6-7, when they compete at JDL Fast Track in the Camel City Sprints and Distance meets.
