JACKSONVILLE, Fla.- Queens University of Charlotte's Petar Canak of the men's track and field team has been named this week's Atlantic Sun Conference Men's Field Performer of the Week, the league announced today.
 
Canak, a junior, took first place in the long jump at the Charlotte Invitational. His jump of 7.28 meters is second on Queens' top 10 list and ranks fifth in the ASUN this season.

Queens will continue prepping for the Atlantic Sun Conference Men's and Women's Outdoor Championships scheduled to take place from May 15-17 in Jacksonville, Fla.
