RESULTS
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Following the second day of the 2025 ASUN Outdoor Track & Field Championships, the Queens University of Charlotte women's track & field team is in sole possession of second place with 49 points. The men are tied in fourth place with 31 points.
Central Arkansas' men's and women's squads both hold large leads heading into the final day of competition.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Halle Perry collected the win for the day, earning the Royals' third heptathlon title at the ASUN Championships. Perry posted a score of 5,025 points to set a new personal record, which is also fourth on Queens' top 10 list.
- Emilija Kusic and Kamile Bickute also earned points in the heptathlon event, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively.
- In the women's long jump, Jada Brown was third after jumping 5.79 meters. Her mark is the fifth best at Queens. Heloise Louiset also secured points in the event, finishing sixth overall.
- Petar Canak captured the highest finish for the men on the day, taking fourth place in the long jump. His mark of 7.01 meters ranks eighth all-time at Queens. Michael Robinson finished in seventh after jumping 6.85 meters, and Amir Muhammad jumped 6.84 meters for eighth place. Their marks are 9th and 10th at Queens.
- In the high jump, Josiah Ford and Robin Ott took 6th and 8th place after both recorded jumps of 1.89 meters.
- Throwers Enrico Busato and Zsombor Takacs earned points for the Royals, capturing sixth and eighth-place finishes, respectively. Busato's mark of 14.76 meters sits eighth on Queens' 1op 10 list.
