JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Five members of the Queens University of Charlotte cross country program have been recognized for their outstanding achievements in the classroom and in competition, earning spots on the 2025 ASUN Cross Country All-Academic Team, the league announced Thursday. Representing Queens are Weronika Ptaszyńska, Livia Wespe, Beatty Grace Hite, Gianna Mars, and Rowan Shannon.
To qualify for the ASUN All-Academic Team, undergraduate student-athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, compete in at least 50 percent of the team's meets, complete a minimum of four semesters of college coursework (or 50 percent progress toward a degree), and have one year of residence at their institution.
The Royals' five selections mark one of the highest academic totals in program history since joining the ASUN Conference.
