The Short Story: The Queens University of Charlotte women's basketball team dropped a tough road matchup against Bellarmine 85-76. 

BY THE NUMBERS
  • Nicole Gwynn set a new career record of 33 points which ties the record Jordyn Weaver set of the most points scored in the Division I era and in the last five years. 
  • Jordyn Weaver recorded her seventh double double of the season finishing the game with 22 points and 13 rebounds. 
NOTABLE MOMENTS
  • The game started 13-0 in the favor of the Knights and they continued efficiency by holding the Royals to 10 points and scoring 24 in the first period. 
  • The third quarter was the best offensive moment for the Royals. Queens outscored Bellarmine 22-13 and ended the period down by only two after a buzzer-beating three pointer by Nicole Gywnn. 
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
  • Queens outrebounded Bellarmine 36-33.
  • The Royals finished the game with 29 personal fouls and one technical foul called against Alexandria Johnson in the third quarter.  
  • Both teams tied with 32 points in the paint.
