THE SHORT STORY
Queens continued its road trip with a matchup against Austin Peay State Saturday afternoon.
Adia Brisker nearly matched her career-high two nights after setting it and grabbed an astounding nine steals as the Royals were bested by the Governors, 70-56.
BY THE NUMBERS
- As she has all season, Brisker continues to impact the game on both sides of the ball. She netted a game-high 24 points, snagging seven rebounds and nine steals in the process.
- Kasey Kidwell got off to a hot start with two threes in the first quarter. She finished the game with 14 points, shooting 4-6 from downtown (66.6%).
- Jordyn Weaver made a nice contribution as well with seven points and five rebounds.
- Kinley Brown added six points and two rebounds of her own.
NEXT UP
The Royals will return home and prepare for two home matchups next week including Kennesaw State on Thursday, February 2, and Jacksonville State on Saturday, February 4.
