ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) – The South Atlantic Conference announced its AstroTurf Women's Soccer Players of the Week for matches played during the sixth week of the spring season, and Queens University of Charlotte defender Alyssa Bosak was named defensive player of the week.
 
Bosak, a senior from Charleston, S.C., led the Royals to a 1-0 victory over Anderson last week. As the defensive anchor, Bosak was instrumental in holding the Trojans to just three shots on goal with no goals scored. In addition to her stellar defensive play, Bosak scored the game-winning goal for the Royals in the 13^th minute of action, the first of her collegiate career.
