Box Score PHILIPPI, W.VA.– The inaugural season for the Queens University of Charlotte men's volleyball came to an end on Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 (25-22, 25-15, 25-17) loss to the tournament's No. 3 seed Alderson Broaddus University inside Rex Pyles Arena.
Queens finishes the season 8-21 overall after hitting .100 in the contest and tallied a season-low 14 digs on defense. Alderson Broaddus (4-20) had its best offensive performance of the season, committing just 10 errors en route to a .448 hitting mark.

Jake Dube. Queens held a 20-17 advantage, but the Battles ended the frame on an 8-2 to complete the comeback.
Apart from two early ties in the second set, Alderson Broaddus was in control throughout to take a 2-0 match lead. The Battlers carried momentum into the third frame, building a lead as large as 10 points down the stretch to secure the match victory and a third place finish.
