CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The sixth-ranked Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team (29-3) will face Augusta University (24-7) tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the
NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Southeast Regional Semifinals.

The Royals delivered a shooting clinic last night against Wingate University, defeating the Bulldogs 96-80.
Mike Davis led the Royals with 25 points after connecting on five-of-nine from the three, while
Jalin Alexander added 19 points.
Ike Agusi recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 assists, while
Todd Withers added 14 points.
Daniel Camps totaled eight points and nine rebounds. Additionally, Camps entered the 1,000 point club in the win.

The Jaguars demolished Columbus State University, defeating the Cougars 102-68. Keshun Sherrill led with 22 points, while Tamyrik Fields added 14 points, and Kyle Doyle added 13 points. Two other players reached double-digit scoring as well in the win.

Queens and Augusta State have not met since the semifinal round of the 2011 NCAA DII Southeast Regionals. The Royals fell 71-60 in the game that was held at Augusta. The Jaguars lead the series, 3-0.

A win tonight will advance the Royals to the finals for the first time since the 2003 season. That same year Queens advanced all the way to the semifinals round at the Elite 8. Tipoff for Tuesday night's game is set for 7 p.m.
