COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Queens University of Charlotte field hockey team moved to 1-4 on the season following a 9-0 loss to Villanova (4-1) this afternoon.
INSIDE THE MATCH
Ava Borkowski of Villanova scored two of three first-quarter goals to put the Wildcats in front early. She then scored her third goal at the start of the second period, sparking another run that pushed Villanova's lead to 7-0 at halftime.
In the second half, Villanova held the Royals scoreless to secure the win.
