THE MATCHUP
Saturday afternoon marks the sixth all-time meeting between Queens and West Georgia. In their previous matchup this season, the Wolves took down the Royals in Carrollton, 74-66.
Avantae Parker was the spark for the Royals offense, leading the team with 20 points while adding seven rebounds. However, Preseason All-ASUN selection Shelton Williams-Dryden countered Parker's performance with a 24-point and 11-rebound double-double.

LAST TIME OUT
Queens host West Georgia this weekend inside Curry Arena following a huge 85-78 victory on the road against North Alabama. With that win, the Royals clinched a top-four spot in the conference tournament. The matchup with the Lions saw six ties and 12 lead changes, as Queens erased a five-point halftime deficit by outscoring North Alabama 57-45 over the final 20 minutes to storm back. Queens cashed in 8-of-8 free throw opportunities down the stretch to hold onto the 85-78 victory.
QUEENS CLINCHES TOP FOUR
Queens and Lipscomb became the final two teams on Wednesday night to lock up first-round byes in the upcoming ASUN Tournament. With three games remaining in the season, Queens can still move as high as second, but no lower than fourth, depending on the results of the other league games.

Chris Ashby continues to climb the all-time NCAA three-pointers made chart, sitting 65

HOT FROM THE CHARITY STRIPE
Through 28 games this season, the Royals have earned the most free throw attempts in the ASUN, and cashed in 74-percent of their opportunities, which is fifth best in the league. Three Royals rank top 10 in the league in free throw shooting, including
Yoav Berman,
Nasir Mann, and
Jordan Watford. In their last outing, Queens cashed in 23-of-28 chances from the line as they've made 20+ free throws in 10 games this season.

DEFENSE LEADS TO OFFENSE
Through 15 games in ASUN play, the Royals present the sixth-best scoring defense as opponents are averaging 78.5 points per game while countering with the highest scoring offense in the league with 85.9 points per game.

EVERYBODY EATS
The Royals ability to distribute the scoring throughout the lineup has resulted in 14 games this season where five guys reach double figures in the same game. Queens is the only team in the league with six guys averaging double figures.

SCORING OFFENSE
The Royals have been one of the nation's highest scoring mid-major offenses this season, averaging 84.3 points per game, a mark that ranks 27
th in the country and first in the league. According to KenPom, the Royals rank 81
st in the country in adjusted offensive efficiency, which is the highest amongst ASUN program. Queens have also been dominant from beyond the arc, averaging 10.2 three pointers per game, which ranks 33
rd in the country and fifth in the league.

STREET DOGS
A new face behind the Royals bench, Buddy, has become a staple in the Royals locker room. A new tradition started this season, head coachÂ
Grant Leonard awards Buddy, a hollow replica of a dog, to the "Street Dog of the Game," or the person who makes an energetic impact in the game. Buddy sits by that player's locker until the next game and has even made appearances in the postgame press conferences.

ROAD STRETCH
West Georgia enters the contest 12-15 overall and 6-9 in ASUN play. Saturday night will be the final game of a four-game road stretch for the Wolves. During that stretch, West Georgia is 1-3.

SHOT BLOCKING
The Wolves use their size and length to block an ASUN-high 4.6 shots per game. JaVar Daniel leads the league with 2.0 blocks per game and swatted five shots in the last meeting with the Royals.
ALL-LEAGUE STANDOUT
Preseason All-ASUN selection Shelton Williams-Dryden is the sparkplug for the Wolves. The senior has recorded 12 double-doubles this season and leads the ASUN in scoring and rebounding.

VETERAN LEADER
