RESULTS
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Queens University of Charlotte men's and women's track and field teams competed in the Camel City Distance Classic today collecting multiple first-place finishes.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Sarah Watts raced to a first-place finish in the women's mile with a time of 4:56.21. Her time is third all-time at Queens.
- Heloise Louiset took first place in the high jump with a mark of 1.70 meters. Her mark matches the fourth-all-time mark at Queens, which she also set. Marissa Klamorick took second place with a mark of 1.60 meters.
- Jada Brown was first in the triple jump with a mark of 11.50 meters which is fourth all-time at Queens.
- Vesna Kljajevic took second place in the shot put, throwing 14.26 meters, which ranks fourth all-time at Queens.
- In the men's 1000-meter run, Jonathan Schmidt took first in 2:30.96. David Fort was second with a time of 2:31.49.
- Uriah Aili took third place in the mile with a time of 4:14.53.
- Josiah Ford took second place in the triple jump with a mark of 13.95 meters which is second best at Queens. Amir Muhammad recorded the fifth all-time mark in the event with a jump of 13.36 meters.
- Enrico Busato recorded a throw of 14.69 meters in the shot put which ranks fourth all-time at Queens.

Queens will return to the track on Feb. 14-15 at the Darius Dixon Invitational hosted by Liberty University.
