Royals Compete at Camel City Sprints Invitational

RESULTS
 
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.- The Queens University of Charlotte men's and women's track and field teams competed in the Camel City Sprints Invitational at JDL Fast Track this evening.
 
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
  • Jada Brown continued her stellar freshman season by competing in the 60, 200, and long jump, setting new personal records in each event.
  • Vesna Kljajevic recorded a mark of 13.45 meters in the weight throw to move into 10th place on Queens' all-time list.
  • Alexander Mannel clocked in at 7.06 seconds in the 60, placing him third all-time at Queens.
  • Trey Leggins raced to first place in the 600 with a time of 1:22.94.
  • Petar Canak set a new school record in the long jump with a mark of 7.17 meters. He finished first in the event.
 
UP NEXT
Queens will return to action tomorrow in the Camel City Distance Classic at JDL Fast Track.
