RESULTS
LOUISVILLE, Ky.- The Queens University of Charlotte women's track & field team made history collecting a fourth-place finish at the 2025 Atlantic Sun Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships.
The women earned 70.5 points at the meet to secure their highest finish in program history. The men took seventh place with a total of 37 points.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Robin Ott earned today's top finish, claiming first in the heptathlon with a score of 5,276. His total is the second-best in program history. Ott finished first in three of the seven events to help secure his individual championship.
- Jaroslav Sivuha also earned some points for the Royals in the heptathlon taking fourth place with a score of 4,724.
- Trey Leggins took fifth in the 400-meter dash in a time of 48.44 seconds. His time ranks second on Queens' all-time list.
- Enrico Busato finished eighth in the shot put with a mark of 14.34 meters. Zsombor Takacs was right behind him in ninth place.
- In the men's triple jump, Michael Robinson, Amir Muhammad, and Josiah Ford finished seventh, eighth, and ninth, respectively.
- Beth Cook took third place in the mile in 4:53.67, which is the third fastest time in program history. Simone Mouras was fifth in a time of 5:00.33, which ranks seventh on Queens' all-time list.
- Vesna Kljajevic recorded a mark of 14.83 meters in the shot put for second place. The mark sits second behind her school record of 14.84 meters set earlier in the season. Lauren Christian took sixth in the event with a mark of 12.88 meters.
- Jada Brown took second place in the triple jump with a mark of 11.81 meters. Her mark also sits second behind her school record mark of 11.85 meters set earlier this season.
UP NEXT
The Royals will break until the outdoor season which is scheduled to begin on March 20-22 at the Charlotte 49er Classic.
